My Forever is a waterlily dahlia tuber in blended peach and yellow that shifts toward bright gold and orange over the summer. She was hybridized by Nick Gitts at Swan Island Dahlias in the USA and introduced in 2020, after winning the 2019 Derrill W. Hart Award for the highest-scoring waterlily among new hybrids in North American trial gardens.
She stays compact at 3.5 feet but goes big on bloom size at 5.5 inches: a lot of flower for not a lot of plant.
About the photo: that's a frog from my garden, not My Forever. Her portrait is still on its way, and he volunteered in the meantime. My bad.
